November Photo Challenge - Whatcha Eating?

Hi everyone, this month's challenge is "Whatcha Eating?". PJ was thinking ahead on this one because we are all pretty much consumed with food for the holidays and in general on social media. As a  food blogger, I take photos of everything I eat and what others are eating.

However, for our challenge, the photo can't have been published before. So I had to find things I was okay with no sharing before hand. Yes, it was difficult.

If you're not familiar, PJ runs A 'lil HooHaa blog and this is a once a month photo challenge. On the first he gives us a theme, we have all month to take shots/edit/write our post. We all post on the last day of the month and visit each other to see how it was interrupted.

You don't have to have a thousand dollar camera to participate. A point and shoot, DSLR, or your phone works fine. Just make sure the photos you share are yours and have not been published before. Promote the challenge and share. That's it. #photoblogchal OH YES! There is a limit. Five photos...y'all know I struggle with this! LOL

Here we  go...
I've been on a blueberry kick. I love them so much and Aldi had them on sale.
 Blueberry Cheerios with fresh blueberris.
I know that Baileys is not a food per say BUT I did put it in a pie. OHMYLANTA was it good!
I have been doing WW (Formerly Weight Watchers) for a year now. I'm down 50 lbs and I keep track of everything I eat. The above collage was a high point day for me but still received my blue dot.
Winter squash. Acorn and Delicata...love squash, it doesn't matter what kind.

Thanks for stopping by!!

  1. Now I'm crushed! If Baileys is not a food, then coffee or prosecco are probably none either?
Yeah well. Are these meatballs on the plate along with the cherry tomatoes and the green beans? Looks delicious!

  4. Blueberry Cherrios? That's a new one on my - maybe because I rarely shop the cereal aisle! Okay, maple bacon pork meatballs have been added to my list of "things to cook over Christmas break". And I'm with you on the cheerleading squad for squash. I usually have to make squash soup with part of the squash because Mr GeoK is not a fan. Lovely photos this month. And way to go in terms of changing your eating over the long-term. It's not any easy thing to do.

  5. Congrats on your weight loss. Fifty pounds is an awesome accomplishment. Blueberries are so beneficial and I can see why you put them on lots of different dishes. I love Bailey's in hot chocolate on cold, winter mornings.....but I love Bailey's any time of year!
