Cheesecake Pudding Cups - #WW

I haven't said much, I know so unlike me! BUT...November 6th, 2018 I joined WW formerly known as Weight Watchers. I'm doing really well and proud of myself for sticking with it.
My struggle? Sugar! And not my kitty...although he can be a royal pain when he wants to be. Sugar as in the white stuff, the sweet treat to my tummy.
Solution? Come up with sugar free treats or desserts that don't make me feel deprived but also fall in line with my low oxalate WOE per my doctor. NOW that is a challenge!
Now I know that dessert is not a NEED but...oh who am I kidding? YES IT IS! So, I need to stick with the program. Not just the #WW program but also the low oxalate program. My health and life depend on it.
So I made these little goodies.
These cups can be filled with sweet or savory items. Light and flaky they feel very indulgent but you won't break the bank on points with WW or calories. You can purchase them at any grocery store in the frozen food aisle.

Cheesecake pudding cups
1 package of sugar free pudding in cheesecake flavor
fresh black berries
1 package of Phyllo cups

I prepared the pudding with 1 3/4 cup milk instead of 2 cups. Let it set, then spooned it into the cups, popped a blackberry on top. DONE
3 cups is 3 points but it satisfied my sweet tooth
