Loaded Cauliflower Bake KETO

I love loaded baked potatoes, potatoes, bacon, cheese, come on what's not to love right? Well, one thing, the carbs.
Not wanting to give in the carb craving I looked in the freezer and found a bag of cauliflower. Now I'm not going to lie and tell you it taste the same, it doesn't but it is a good substitute and has no carbs.
It was a very simple thing. I placed the thawed cauliflower on a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Then covered it with cheese, parmesan and colby, sprinkled parsley flakes, fresh cracked black pepper and a bunch of chopped up cooked bacon. Slid it in the oven until it was all bubbly and the edges of the cheese were golden brown.
This was a super WIN, delicious, easy and low carb. Even my husband loved it and he does not like cauliflower. 
The perfect side dish or appetizer.
