Bacon Cheeseburger Salad

This is about as simple as it gets folks. Low-carb and keto friendly. My go to. We love this and yes even my husband is happy to see a salad at the end of a hard day if it has bacon!
You can substitute any of the ingredients. Use as much or as little depending on how hungry you are. This is definitely a recipe that is quick, easy and adjustable. Make it your own. Have fun.

cover your plate with salad, your choice of lettuce mix
chop and fry up the bacon and 1/2 of a large onion
drain and set aside
cook 1/2 lbs of ground beef, season with salt pepper
drain and set aside
top the lettuce with the bacon, onions and ground beef
sprinkle finely grated colby jack cheese or your preference
top with diced tomatoes
hamburger dill chips
fresh cracked pepper
1000 island dressing
