Layered Chocolate Sinfully Good Cake n Cheesecake

My poor hubby is not a keto person. Honestly lately I've been slacking, a lot. BUT I'm still doing better than before keto. Anywho...
He misses dessert and he's been so wonderful and supportive I decided to go all out and bake him something totally over the top.
And boy howdy did I ever do it! Just look at it!
This is a cheesecake German chocolate layered cake!

In the bottom of a spring form pan, cover with graham cracker crumbs, press down firmly and top with the cheesecake mix.
Cheesecake mixture...
combine 1 eight oz package of room temperature cream cheese, 3 TBSP NuNaturals dutch cold pressed cocoa powder, a large egg and 2 oz bittersweet baking chocolate grated. Pour over the crumbs and bake in a baking pan pour hot water in to the pan, wrap aluminum foil around the spring form, sit it in the water, bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
In an 8 or 9 inch cake pan, depending on the size of your spring form pan because you want them to line up.
Mix in a bowl the following, while the cheesecake cools off.
In a bowl: 3 TBSP NuNaturals baking cocoa, 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/8 tsp salt, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup Duke's Mayonnaise, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 3/4 cup COLD water
bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
allow to cool and place on top of the cheesecake
Cool in the freezer for 1 hour
remove ring on springform
frost cake sides and top with German Chocolate Frosting which is a mixture of toasted coconut, finely chopped pecans and frosting.

This is an ooey gooey sinfully decadent cake. You need to keep it in the fridge because of the cheesecake. Definitely a special occasion cake.
