Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Wraps AND Use Your Words

I made these wraps one night and fell in love with the ease and deliciousness. Check out these super quick, easy and flavor packed wraps.

Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Wrap
Use your favorite chicken tenders or prepare your own. Coat them with your favorite BBQ sauce. Take a tortilla and place the tender on, top with pineapple tidbits, red onion or green onions, shredded lettuce and enjoy! Super simple and delicious.

Walking around, feeling under the weather. Totally over whelmed by life and circumstances beyond my control. Inside feelings are spilling over. All around me people carrying on like they have no worries. Beside myself with worry and grief.
One minute I feel grand and the next like a train has run me over. My emotions are all over the place. I think it may be due to lack of sleep, worry over finances and loneliness. Being single is not what makes me lonely. My loneliness comes from not having someone to talk to and that is nothing new. Even years of being married I found myself with the same feelings. Yes, I am baring my soul and showing you my insides. They are not pretty I admit.
Feelings of inadequacies, inferiority, insecurities, unloved, unwanted, lonely, desires that one day someone might be my everything. I've given up on that. There is no such thing, it is all a fairy tale but if you are blessed enough to have it, count yourself among the minority not majority.
This too shall pass I'm told and maybe so. I pray one day I look back at this post and can smile while sharing it with one I love. AND if not, I will continue to love my children, grandchildren, family, friends and my sweet kitty Beau.

Today’s post is a writing challenge. This is how it works: participating bloggers picked 4 – 6 words or short phrases for someone else to craft into a post. All words must be used at least once and all the posts will be unique as each writer has received their own set of words. That’s the challenge, here’s a fun twist; no one who’s participating knows who got their words and in what direction the writer will take them. Until now.

At the end of this post you’ll find links to the other blogs featuring this challenge. Check them all out, see what words they got and how they used them.

  1. Thinking of you, Dawn! You're stronger than you think.
And we're all here in your corner. Just let me know who to fight!

  2. No one but you can be your "everything" and when you can make that happen then the rest usually takes care of itself. You are a strong, beautiful woman. Learn to love yourself first then someone else later! Thinking of you!

  3. You are a very upbeat and compassionate person. No one deserves a healthy relationship more than you. I know it will come, probably when you least expect it.

  4. I'm praying for you. I'm certain that you will find happiness. Please know that I am here for you. You're not alone.
