Southern Living SCOOPED review

I am so blessed to be in contact with Southern Living and be able to do reviews on their cookbooks before they hit the stands.

One of the newest, SCOOPED, oh yeah! Ice cream, treats, pies, cakes, cookies, toppings, homemade recipes and store bought ideas.

This book will definitely ruin your clean eating if you aren't careful! My husband thinks that ice cream should be a food group AND that he should have it everyday.

The book has over 100 recipes and there are some healthy choices and of course you can adjust the ingredients to make it lower in fat, calories and so on. IF you husband says WHY would you want to. LOL

Delicious desserts like this mocha mint cake! One of my husbands favorites.

Another of his favorites... margarita pie! OH YES

Or a key lime pie! Goodness...

This book can be purchased on Amazon as of April 15th , 2014.
