Italian Style Steak with peppers and onions

Here I am with another magazine recipe. I saw the photo and knew I would make it, of course not the same as theirs.
My husband has a hard time eating steak, dental issues. So this recipe is prepared in the slow cooker. Problem solved because it was so soft, tender and fall apart, that if you had NO teeth you could eat this.
Sweet and delicious, sweet? Yes, sweet. Trust me, it's good.

Italian Style Steak with peppers and onions (crock pot)
1 1/2 lbs boneless chuck steak
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
fresh cracked pepper
4 long sweet salad peppers, sliced
1 sweet onion, sliced
1/2 cup beef broth
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp brown sugar

Coat the inside of the pot with a little olive oil and rub the steak down. Sprinkle both sides with the seasoning and pepper. Drop the onions and peppers on top. Now stir the remaining ingredient and pour into the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours.
Cut into 4 servings and serve over rice.
That simple!
