Monster Mash

He did the mash
He did the Monster Mash
The Monster Mash
It was a graveyard smash

I like that song, it's fun. So here is my "fun" Halloween main dish. Monster Mash

poor Fred is dead and his faithful companion Speedy the snail is still right beside him :)

Fred has a petrified hand sticking up for one last high five of life. Too bad Fred, you're dead.

Sick I know, but you gotta laugh, right?

Well then how about a spooky stuffed pepper? Interested? Keep reading.

We have done party food, dessert and now the main course. Did you miss any of them? If so, next week will be a full recap/round up. But you can click on the bold links to see them now.

Monster Mash
3/4 lb lean ground beef
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 TBSP parsley flakes
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp beef bouillon granulaes
1 1/2 cup water
1 cup egg noodles
2 TBSP frozen peas
*sprinkle of bread crumbs for effect
*dollop of sour cream and a few drops of green food coloring for fun

Cook the beef with spices, W sauce and bouillon, add 1/2 cup water. Once done add the noodles and peas. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes.

Serve with bread sticks and enjoy!

Remember the Spooky Stuffed Pepper? Here ya go, it's over at Jutta's site, Hungry Little Girl.
