Chicken with leftover dressing

I had almost forgotten this lovely dressing in my fridge. Asian Ginger Dressing from a dish I made recently. So I decided to use the dressing to marinade chicken with. Oh man, that was a fabulous idea. The chicken was so flavorful, juicy and caramelized perfectly.
I marinaded the chicken for several hours, then cooked it in a pan with the dressing and allowed it to cook out and seal in the juices. Super easy and delicious.
I made zucchini fries with my over abundance of zucchini and made a salad.

If you missed it, this was served with a great salad and zucchini fries.
