I have had this recipe for years but I only make it about once a year. Why? I don't know. I love it but it's not something I want all the time and I'm always creating new recipes.
It's simple and cheap. You can use legs, leg quarters or a whole cut up chicken. I used legs because they were on sale. Plus the recipe has only 3 ingredients.
Honey Mustard Chicken
3 lbs of chicken, your choice
1/4 cup honey
3 TBSP mustard
1 tsp curry powder
Mix the honey, mustard and curry together. Dip the chicken in and place in a baking dish. Drizzle any remaining sauce over the chicken. Bake for 20-35 minutes depending on the cut of chicken, at 350 degrees.

When bad things happen to good people it can make you furious. There has been a lot going on lately but I am trying to be graceful in how I handle things. Praying for wisdom and being mindful that we war against evil spirits and not the flesh. Being confident in whom I put my faith in I am trusting that this too shall pass and I will be filled with peace, happy and confident that as the promise is written, the plans against me were meant for evil but will be used for good to grow and prosper me and my life.
