2 cups raw cauliflower florets
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
salt to taste (1/4-1/2 tsp)
1/4 cup sharp shredded cheddar cheese
3 TBSP flour
Blanco Queso cheese sauce
dab olive oil
Mix all of the ingredients with the mashed cauliflower EXCEPT for the last 2 ingredients.
Form patties and drop into a hot skillet with a dab of extra virgin olive oil
Flip when brown, this only takes a couple of minutes, turn and brown the other side.
Serve plain or top with more cheese, a cheese sauce or whatever else you can think of.
