Over the weekend I made this easy slow cooker chili. We enjoyed the sweet fluffy cornbread to go with it. That recipe was shared yesterday.

Slow Cooker Chili with Gourmet Warehouse rub
1 lb lean ground beef, cooked and drained
Mix meat and all the other ingredients into the slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-4 hours.
1 tsp each : cumin, garlic powder, parsley flakes and smoked paprika
1 TBSP chili powder
1 large Vidalia onion chopped
4 medium sweet peppers; red, yellow and orange
1 can kidney bean, rinsed and drained
1 can pinto bean, rinsed and drained
1/2 can (6 oz) tomato sauce
1 can Rotel MILD
6 oz or half can diced tomatoes
