I love salmon patties and shared my recipe ... way back when, but this time I did it a little different.
The biggest difference was making the salmon patties and placing them on a bun with sriracha mayo and a drop of pickle relish.
Great lunch, quick and easy. I enjoyed one, with the bun, then just a pattie by itself. That way I could enjoy the "burger" and have protein.
Serve this with some sunchips, baked chips or by themselves. I sauteed a sweet potato sliced really thin in a dab of olive oil and sprinkled it with sea salt.
