Cabbage, love it, hate it? I love it. I grew up eating cabbage and all other vegetables from either our garden or my grandparents.
I have several wonderful dishes that use cabbage and since it is a winter food AND a Irish food , I thought I'd share. March is when we celebrate St. Patrick's Day and those with Irish heritage will be cooking lots of this vitamin rich food this month.
