Brownie Batter Dip

Last week a couple that we know was PCS'ing to Portugal. (for those that do not know, they are military and this means they went to their next duty station) They could not take the food, so we were blessed with this huge box of food. Now what to do with all of it. I had a hard time fitting it all in my pantry, but it really helped my food budget. Now I'm preparing new recipes with the items, a little here and a little there.
I thought we'd use these cones as dippers for this great Brownie Batter Dip.

This batter dip is sweet, thick and dip-ilicious!

Brownie Batter Dip
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
5 TBSP flour
5 TBSP baking  cocoa powder
2 TBSP brown sugar
3-6 TBSP milk, depending on how thick you want your dip.
Place it all in the mixer and allow to mix thoroughly.
Serve with marshmellows, fruit, sugar cones, graham crackers or anything that suits your fancy.

  1. Yum!! Never heard of this before but it looks like something that you would have to only make if you were having company or you would eat it all yourself :)
